About The Position

The American Express Global Dining team, within the US Consumer Services organization, is dedicated to connecting the world’s best restaurants with the world’s best customers through innovative Software as a Service platforms. These platforms manage restaurant operations end-to-end, including reservations, table management, and guest insights, to help restaurants deliver exceptional hospitality. Concurrently, Resy provides a premium consumer experience via a content-rich website and mobile applications, enabling diners to discover and access outstanding restaurants. The team is seeking Senior Product Managers to contribute to the future of the Resy consumer and platform experience. This role is suited for proactive product leaders passionate about developing high-quality consumer products and achieving significant impact at scale. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for product areas from strategy to execution, including defining roadmaps, collaborating with design and engineering teams, and driving measurable outcomes in engagement, retention, and growth. The role involves contributing to experiences across iOS, Android, and Resy.com, and working with cross-functional partners to realize innovative ideas. This is a pipeline requisition to identify talent for future Senior Product Manager roles at Resy.
