Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of delivering successful products
  • Masterminds of numbers! Excellent in analyzing, and synthesizing product usage data to provide actionable insights.
  • High level of energy, ownership, and strong communication skills.
  • Focus on the user, with the ability to identify and prioritize opportunities to reach your team's goals.
  • “Hands-on” approach with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced working environment + you’re able to switch between strategic high-level thinking and hands-on operational work.
  • Ability to dynamically and pertinently connect business, technology, and design issues for objective and assertive decision-making.
  • Experience with complex problems and presenting impactful solutions to resolve such problems.
  • Experience in analyzing users’ pains and needs, validating hypotheses, running market experiments, scoping products/services, and taking a product to the market.
  • Fluency in English is required, as this position involves collaboration with global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Define and set key results for your team to ensure the product works smoothly for our clients.
  • Lead a product team, working together with the operations, business, development, design, business intelligence, and marketing teams to discuss problems.
  • Monitor and analyze customer behavior regarding launched features and measure against KPIs.
  • Regular communication with customers to understand their pain points and needs.
  • Work with Stakeholders from different areas and other departments to balance business goals and customer needs, ensuring that relevant issues are debated, decided on, and initiatives are delivered.
  • Lead and define short, medium, and long-term strategies related to company growth, internal improvements, and the development of new features that meet the goals of the Docplanner Group.
  • Engage all internal and external stakeholders with the product vision, listening to and understanding their pain points to ensure the organization's strategic pillars are met.
  • Use product management methods and tools to prioritize deliveries, experiment with hypotheses, and test them.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, combining their skills to solve the problems of clinics and healthcare institutions - managers, billers, financial managers.
  • Evaluate existing solutions within the company, utilize internal resources, and optimize solutions that are tangible, with lower costs and time investment.
  • Deliver assertive solutions with your team that truly solve the presented problem.
  • Solve problems pragmatically and assertively, aligning with the company's strategic pillars.
  • Ask the right questions to choose and collect the correct metrics and indicators for building dashboards.
  • Discuss, defend, and report processes, ideas, and projects to the Docplanner Global Team, with an emphasis on knowledge of the Brazilian market.
  • Build, evaluate, and support the creation of documentation for improvements, creation, and modification of features to inform the development and operations teams about ongoing projects.
