About The Position

Microsoft's AI Monetization Product Team builds and scales advertising, commerce, and revenue-generating experiences across Microsoft's AI and consumer ecosystem. The Senior Product Manager – Reporting & Data Platform owns product direction for the data and reporting capabilities that support business decisions across Sales, Finance, Product, and leadership. The role addresses fragmented datasets, inconsistent definitions, and one-off reporting solutions by building durable platform capabilities, including canonical data models, governed metrics, semantic layers, reusable datasets, and self-service reporting experiences. This is a platform-focused product role, not a dashboard-production role. The successful candidate will establish a shared source of truth that enables other teams to create consistent reporting and insights. The position calls for product judgment, comfort with data infrastructure, and a platform mindset focused on shared, reusable, reliable capabilities that are easy for other teams to build on. AI Experiences employees who live within a 50-mile commute of a designated Microsoft Hub in the U.S. are expected to work from the office at least four days per week. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.
