The Sr. Product Manager, AI/Digital for myMako sits at the forefront of transforming orthopaedic care through intelligent, connected digital solutions. This role owns the downstream experience of a high-impact AI-enabled product, driving how it is positioned, experienced, and adopted by surgeons, hospitals, and field teams. This Marketer brings the product to life translating complex capabilities into a clear, differentiated value proposition that fuels adoption, engagement, and long-term advocacy. Through sharp storytelling, consistent branding, and agile, insight-driven messaging, the role ensures myMako digital solutions resonate at every touchpoint. Working cross-functionally across product, commercial, clinical, and marketing teams, this position plays a pivotal role in activating the market equipping customers and sales teams to understand, adopt, and champion the solution. The role also leads direct digital engagement within the Mako Digital Experience, leveraging in-platform marketing and analytics to continuously optimize how users interact with and realize value from the product. Beyond execution, this role helps shape the future of digital engagement designing strategies that deepen customer connection, accelerate utilization, and evolve with market and user needs. By owning both the narrative and the experience, this position drives meaningful impact at scale, advancing the adoption of AI-powered innovation across the orthopaedic ecosystem.
