About The Position

The Senior Product Manager will lead the Enforcement, Compliance, and Integrations domains within the GLIDEPARCS platform. This role provides product leadership across multiple product streams and engineering pods, ensuring the platform evolves into a scalable, SaaS-compliant solution serving Institutions, Campuses, Municipal, etc. verticals. This is a senior product leadership role responsible for roadmap ownership, cross-functional alignment, and delivery accountability across domain pods.

Requirements

8+ years Product Management experience
3+ years leading complex product domains or multi-stream initiatives
Experience building scalable B2B SaaS platforms
Strong experience in compliance-driven or workflow-intensive systems preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead product pods and influence engineering execution

Nice To Haves

Parking, mobility, or compliance tech experience.
Familiarity with Agentic AI applications in workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

Lead product strategy and execution for the GLIDEPARCS platform, ensuring SaaS readiness across verticals and clear domain ownership across pods.
Drive efforts to reduce compliance and integration risk, accelerate roadmap velocity, and improve platform adoption and customer satisfaction.
Lead product strategy and execution for Enforcement, Compliance, and Integrations.
Provide direction across multiple product pods/streams.
Ensure roadmap clarity, prioritization discipline, and execution alignment.
Drive GlidePARCS toward scalable, multi-tenant SaaS compliance.
Ensure RBAC, configurability, and modular architecture readiness.
Align product evolution with strategic initiatives.
Translate Campus, Institutional, and Municipal requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
Enable packaging strategies aligned to subscription and transaction-based monetization.
Ensure product readiness for multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements.
Drive profile-driven compliance and intelligent enforcement workflows.
Partner cross-functionally to maintain auditability and operational traceability.
Define product direction for third-party integrations.
Improve integration reliability, scalability, and ecosystem alignment.
Support Aggregator and hardware/software ecosystem enablement.
Establish measurable OKRs for each domain stream.
Drive disciplined product documentation per Premium Design Process (PDP).
Ensure delivery transparency and stakeholder communication.
