As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in bringing innovative therapies to market, developing customer-centric commercial strategies, and driving product adoption across a rapidly evolving marketplace. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on both business growth and patient outcomes while working alongside passionate, mission-driven colleagues. This role requires a minimum of four days onsite each week to support professional growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
  • The employee is also required to interact with a computer, and communicate with peers and co-workers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Support commercialization and launch activities for new products and portfolio enhancements.
  • Execute product positioning, messaging, value proposition, and promotional strategies.
  • Collect customer feedback and market insights to support product and commercial decisions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
  • Develop sales tools, training materials, and field enablement resources.
  • Support forecasting, business planning, and portfolio performance reporting.
  • Partner with Sales teams to identify opportunities to accelerate product adoption.
  • Support conference planning, customer engagement programs, and advisory board activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure successful execution of business priorities.
  • Track and measure key performance indicators and recommend actions to improve outcomes.
  • Manage ongoing portfolio optimization initiatives and lifecycle management activities.
