As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in bringing innovative therapies to market, developing customer-centric commercial strategies, and driving product adoption across a rapidly evolving marketplace. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on both business growth and patient outcomes while working alongside passionate, mission-driven colleagues. This role requires a minimum of four days onsite each week to support professional growth and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
Possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment (for roles below Principal level).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
Support commercialization and launch activities for new products and portfolio enhancements.
Execute product positioning, messaging, value proposition, and promotional strategies.
Collect customer feedback and market insights to support product and commercial decisions.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
Develop sales tools, training materials, and field enablement resources.
Support forecasting, business planning, and portfolio performance reporting.
Partner with Sales teams to identify opportunities to accelerate product adoption.
Support conference planning, customer engagement programs, and advisory board activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure successful execution of business priorities.
Track and measure key performance indicators and recommend actions to improve outcomes.
Manage ongoing portfolio optimization initiatives and lifecycle management activities.
