About The Position

Roku is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead generative AI and creative products for its advertising business. The role owns a portfolio of AI-powered tools that help advertisers create, adapt, and enhance TV ad creative. Products include AI-generated video ads made from existing brand assets, generative enhancements for Roku ad formats, and tools that reformat assets for different sizes and placements. • Experience scoping workflows that combine automation with human review, such as editorial, moderation, or approval flows.
  • Data-driven decision-making experience, including defining success metrics, setting up instrumentation, interpreting A/B test results, and acting on findings.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across engineering, design, sales, operations, and legal, including with distributed teams across time zones.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
