About The Position

Mejuri is looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead digital experience across web and app. This is a high-impact contract role covering a parental leave, with real ownership over products that directly drive revenue, customer acquisition, and retention for a fast-growing global brand. You'll work across a multi-surface portfolio, shaping how customers discover, evaluate, and buy jewelry on web and mobile app. You'll partner closely with Engineering, UX Design, Merchandising, Growth & Brand Marketing, and Data to define and deliver a roadmap that moves the needle on conversion, engagement and customer satisfaction. This role sits within our Digital Product & Engineering organization and reports directly to the Director, Digital Product & Commerce.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product management experience with demonstrated ownership of consumer-facing ecommerce products across web and mobile app, not just a single feature area
  • Hands-on experimentation experience, running and interpreting A/B tests, managing test sequencing, and translating results into roadmap decisions
  • An AI-native working style where you actively weave AI into daily workflows to accelerate research, synthesis, spec writing and decision-making
  • Familiarity with personalization and recommendation systems, even if you've worked primarily on the product side rather than the ML side
  • Solid experience in the Shopify-Hydrogen-Sanity ecosystem
  • Strong commercial instinct, you understand how product decisions connect to revenue outcomes
  • Clear communicator who can align engineering, design, and business stakeholders without losing speed
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and moving with pace in a mid-size, high-growth environment

Responsibilities

  • Product strategy and roadmap for Mejuri's end to end web and mobile app experiences, spanning from landing all the way to checkout
  • Digital SPV as the north star metric, partnering closely with Marketing on traffic and acquisition while driving conversion, loyalty, personalization, and the delivery of a consistently high-quality digital experience
  • Experimentation roadmap, owning hypothesis generation, test design, and sequencing across concurrent A/B and multivariate tests
  • Cross-functional delivery in partnership with Engineering, UX, and Digital Merchandising, driving velocity without sacrificing quality
  • Stakeholder alignment across Marketing, Brand, Merchandising, CX, and Supply Chain to ensure the digital product reflects the broader customer journey
  • Depending on experience and fit, might include direct responsibility of UX Design
