About The Position

Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the team drives innovation and operational excellence to deliver scalable solutions. Members apply strong project and stakeholder management skills to navigate complex challenges and ensure alignment with business goals. This team fosters a culture of continuous improvement and strategic thinking to maximize impact across the merchandising domain.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience managing complex products or product families with strong strategic and technology orientation.
  • Proven ability to define product vision and strategy through competitive analysis and market opportunity identification.
  • Expertise in project and stakeholder management to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
  • Strong skills in product roadmap development, backlog prioritization, and risk management.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation techniques.
  • Ability to mentor and develop product management team members.
  • Demonstrated capability to communicate complex technical and business concepts clearly to various stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management.
  • 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
