About The Position

About the team: CASPr Product team drives global e-commerce fulfillment and express delivery for Walmart and Sam’s Club. Success depends on leveraging analytics to inform strategy, aligning cross-functional stakeholders, and delivering operational excellence that supports sustainable regional growth. The team collaborates closely across functions to optimize product lifecycle management and scale capabilities, ensuring impactful outcomes through strategic decision-making and continuous innovation in a dynamic marketplace.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading product strategy and managing complex product roadmaps with measurable business impact.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Expertise in data-driven decision making, including advanced analytics and experimentation to validate product assumptions.
  • Deep understanding of product lifecycle management from discovery through value realization.
  • Ability to integrate emerging technologies and AI-powered features into product development.
  • Demonstrated skill in translating customer insights and market trends into prioritized product initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring abilities to elevate product management discipline.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
  • 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products,
  • Creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute multi-quarter product vision and strategy for complex or related products, aligning with business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, coordinating with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners to deliver value.
  • Build deep customer and market understanding using data analysis, journey mapping, and feedback mechanisms to prioritize product initiatives.
  • Drive go-to-market strategies and stakeholder alignment to ensure successful product adoption and impact.
  • Utilize data-driven decision making and experimentation to validate assumptions and optimize product outcomes.
  • Mentor product managers on discovery rigor, roadmap development, and launch readiness.
  • Influence technical direction through collaboration with Engineering on architecture and innovation opportunities.
