About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of customer-facing B2B SaaS products. This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Customer Success, and Leadership to deliver products that solve meaningful customer problems. We're seeking a product leader with a strong startup mindset who has successfully shipped end-to-end SaaS products, written high-quality product requirements, and enjoys working directly with customers to influence product direction.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of Product Management experience.
  • Proven success shipping end-to-end B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience owning product roadmaps and driving execution across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience at a recognizable, high-growth Series A–D startup.
  • Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to build trusted customer relationships.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience writing clear, detailed, and actionable PRDs.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering, Operations, Support, and Product teams throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong academic background or experience at a highly regarded startup or Big Tech company (either is sufficient; both are a plus).
  • Experience with healthcare technology or digital health products.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for customer-facing B2B SaaS products.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Support, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver high-impact product releases.
  • Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
  • Write clear, actionable Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and user stories.
  • Drive products from discovery through launch, adoption, and continuous iteration.
  • Balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities when making product decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Measure product success using customer feedback, usage metrics, and business outcomes.
