About The Position

Our client, a growing B2B SaaS company, is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to own pipeline creation end to end. This is a high-performance, high-reward seat: the base is competitive, and the bonus structure is real, transparent, and tied to the pipeline and revenue you generate. Requirements

  • Proven, quantifiable success building B2B pipeline that converts to closed revenue (benchmark: generated at least $3M in pipeline converting to roughly $1M in marketing-sourced revenue).
  • Deep hands-on HubSpot ability (personally set up campaigns, workflows, nurture programs, scoring, and routing).
  • Currently operating at the manager or senior manager level and ready for full ownership of a demand gen function.
  • Comfort in a lean environment where you plan, build, and execute yourself.

Responsibilities

  • Building and executing demand generation programs that create qualified B2B pipeline and convert it to closed revenue.
  • Managing the HubSpot instance, including campaigns, programs, workflows, nurture sequences, lead scoring, routing, and reporting.
  • Developing and executing channel strategy across paid media, LinkedIn ads, email programs, content, webinars, and events.
  • Reporting on marketing activity tied to pipeline and revenue, shared directly with leadership.
