About The Position

ConnectWise is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead pipeline growth for our Cybersecurity & Data Protection portfolio, including Managed EDR, SIEM, and backup/data protection solutions. This is a high-impact role for a marketer who understands cybersecurity buyers and thrives on owning business results—not just campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B demand generation experience with accountability for pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Experience marketing cybersecurity, data protection, or related SaaS solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the IT/security buyer journey and go-to-market strategy.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Proven track record of building programs that drive measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own demand generation strategy and pipeline performance for the Cybersecurity & Data Protection business.
  • Build and execute integrated campaigns that engage IT and security leaders throughout the buyer journey.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, Digital, and Content teams to drive go-to-market success.
  • Analyze performance, optimize programs, and identify new opportunities to accelerate growth.
  • Serve as the marketing lead and advocate for one of ConnectWise's most strategic solution areas.
