About The Position

Our AI-native intelligence platform is the operational backbone for analysts and investigators working at the frontier of blockchain analytics. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the product roadmap for one of our fastest-growing customer segments — building the features, AI workflows, and product experiences that drive deals, deepen adoption, and raise the bar for what enterprise intelligence software can do.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record building or shipping AI-powered features — you already work in an AI-native workflow and can demo it.
  • Deep comfort operating in complex, mission-critical enterprise domains (financial crime, intelligence, defense, fintech, or equivalent).
  • Customer obsession: can run an enterprise discovery call and turn it into a spec by EOD.
  • Clear, fast written communication — your specs are tight enough for engineering to start without a follow-up meeting.
  • Bias for action: ships working V1s fast, iterates on signal, and doesn't wait for perfect information.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for a strategic customer segment — setting priorities, making trade-offs, and driving features from concept to customer adoption with clear ARR attribution.
  • Build and ship AI-native features using TRM's own intelligence tooling; contribute agents, skills, and plugins to the internal marketplace so the whole team can leverage your outputs daily.
  • Run customer discovery interviews and turn them into product specs the same day — no lag, no filter layer.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Sales to ship complete product capabilities in weeks, not quarters.
  • Define and measure product success through adoption metrics, deal-specific outcomes, and customer expansion signals.
  • Partner with GTM to launch new capabilities, build demo narratives, and translate technical product into compelling customer stories.
  • Stay close to the competitive landscape and use what you learn to sharpen product positioning and roadmap prioritization.
