The Product Manager will own the full lifecycle of fluidic connections (tubing, fittings, accessory products)—from early‑stage ideation and customer discovery through development, launch, commercial growth, maturity management, and end‑of‑life planning. This role requires a strategic, commercially minded leader who can translate market and customer needs and technical insights into a clear product. As the central point of accountability for product strategy, roadmap prioritization, pricing, and portfolio optimization, the Product Manager will work cross‑functionally with Commercial, Operations, Engineering, and other partners to ensure product success from concept to retirement. Responsibilities include market and competitive analysis, strong customer advocacy, business case development and ongoing performance evaluation to guide decisions. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong sense of ownership, proactive problem‑solving, and the ability to navigate complex situations with confidence. Exceptional communication skills and consistent follow‑through are essential, as this role interfaces frequently with internal stakeholders, executive leadership, and customers. This is a position for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, brings structure to complex challenges, and is passionate about creating innovative solutions that deliver measurable customer and business value.
