Senior Product Manager

TriEdge InvestmentsNew York, NY
$200,000 - $250,000Hybrid

About The Position

At TriEdge Investments, we build world-class technology to drive value creation across a portfolio of 30+ companies. Our approach is deliberate and staged: we start by delivering bespoke solutions that unlock performance and move EBITDA; we then scale those wins through platform tools that can be deployed across the portfolio; ultimately, we’re building an intelligent platform that redefines how private equity enables value creation at scale. As a Senior Product Manager, you will help lead the next stage of that evolution: taking high-impact, operator-led problems and turning them into zero-to-one AI products that work in the field, earn adoption, and can scale beyond a single customer or use case. This is not a traditional product management role where you sit between stakeholders and engineering to manage a roadmap. You will be embedded with operators, executives, engineers, and designers to identify the right problems, define the product strategy, drive pilots, prove product-market fit at the customer level, and help generalize successful solutions into reusable products across the portfolio. We are looking for someone who has built new products from the ground up, ideally in AI, ML, automation, or workflow-heavy environments. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguity, working closely with technical teams, and understanding the realities of implementation, rollout, adoption, and change management inside complex businesses.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management or product leadership, with meaningful ownership of zero-to-one development, ideally in startup, growth-stage, or highly ambiguous environments
  • Hands-on experience taking products into live operating environments, including implementation, rollout, change management, and post-launch iteration, not just building and handing off
  • Deep experience with AI-native products; ML, NLP, and intelligent workflow products all count
  • Strong product judgment: identifying real user pain, defining an MVP, testing adoption, and assessing whether a product can scale beyond one customer
  • Able to work directly with engineers, write clear requirements, and drive execution without a heavily structured product org
  • Sharp customer discovery instincts, separating stated needs from true product opportunities
  • Commercial and analytical mindset: market size, repeatability, positioning, and using data to evaluate pilots and quantify impact
  • Excellent communication, with the ability to align executives, operators, and cross-functional teams
  • High ownership, bias toward action, and a low-ego, pragmatic approach in fast-moving ambiguous settings

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building products in operationally complex industries such as healthcare, financial services, logistics, revenue cycle management, or workforce optimization
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise software, vertical SaaS, internal tools, workflow automation, or platform products
  • Prior founder, founding PM, early product hire, or product lead experience
  • Experience in a forward-deployed, client-embedded, or Palantir-style operating model
  • Technical fluency with AI/ML systems, data products, APIs, workflow engines, or modern software architecture
  • Consulting, private equity, or portfolio operations exposure

Responsibilities

  • Own zero-to-one development of AI-native products across TriEdge portfolio companies and select partners, from concept through MVP, requirements, roadmap, and success metrics
  • Work directly with operators and executives to identify high-leverage problems and define where software creates measurable impact
  • Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to rapidly prototype, test, and ship products in real operating environments
  • Own implementation end to end, including rollout, adoption, and change management inside a customer's existing environment, not just requirements gathering
  • Drive customer discovery through interviews, workflow observation, pilot design, and adoption tracking
  • Prove product-market fit with one customer, then generalize and reposition the product to scale across other clients, portfolio companies, and markets, deciding where it stays bespoke versus becomes a repeatable platform
  • Define success metrics tied to adoption, throughput, cost, reliability, and revenue impact, and partner with leadership to prioritize the highest-impact opportunities

Benefits

  • $0 deductible and 100% employee-covered health, vision, and dental insurance
  • 401(k) matching program of 50% up to 6% of annual salary
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Beautiful custom-built office in NYC with daily lunch
