About The Position

The Senior Product Manager is a strategic, business-facing product leader on Cambia’s Clinical Analytics & Data Innovations team. The role leads Clinical Intelligence product lifecycles from discovery and value definition through prioritization, delivery, partnership, adoption, and value realization. It works with business leaders across Enterprise Quality, Stars, Population Health, Provider Performance, Clinical Intelligence, and other areas, partnering closely with Data and Technology Solutions (DTS), analytics, data engineering, architecture, data science, AI, Finance, and operations to advance a person-focused health care experience. This hybrid role is based at one of Cambia’s listed offices, with employees expected to work in the office three days per week. Preference is given to current employees and to candidates who live within commuting distance of specified offices or are willing to relocate. The role identifies high-value clinical and quality problems, turns ambiguous needs into clear product requirements and measurable outcomes, and owns product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization. As the business-side product lead, the Senior Product Manager defines the problem, users, priorities, requirements, adoption needs, and value, while DTS defines and delivers the technical and data solution. The position guides cross-functional work without managing day-to-day technical execution, measures adoption and outcomes, and recommends product optimization or investment decisions. It also advances responsible use of analytics, automation, predictive capabilities, and AI when they can materially improve decisions, workflows, or outcomes. The expected salary range is $150,500–$203,600 under the national pay structure, which applies to Boise and Lewiston, Idaho; Salt Lake City, Utah; Oregon; and Washington. The expected range is $135,400–$183,200 under the regional pay structure, which applies to North Dakota and Arkansas, as well as Idaho and Utah locations outside the specified metro areas. Both structures list an 18% bonus target. The full salary ranges are $141,000–$231,000 nationally and $127,000–$208,000 regionally. Cambia describes its culture as purpose-driven and focused on trust, innovation, compassion, and sustainable, person-focused health care. The company offers competitive compensation, benefits, career growth, community outreach opportunities, and employee resource groups. Most roles offer work-from-home options subject to internet requirements. New hires need access to a personal mobile device for multi-factor authentication. Cambia is an equal opportunity employer, maintains a drug- and tobacco-free workplace, and requires a background check.
