Requirements

  • Experience in growth product management at a B2C company.
  • Skills across: Onboarding, Activation, Habit formation, Funnel and Landing Page optimization
  • Experimentation design and implementation
  • Strategies and tactics across upsell, cross-sell, conversion.
  • CRM strategies across email, notification, nudges, and in-product
  • Personalization
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management.
  • 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products,
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and enhancing products – You will own and manage product roadmaps for a defined product area, align business and technical priorities, analyze customer and product data, translate customer insights into actionable product requirements, determine rollout plans, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
  • Defining product strategy – You will shape the vision and strategy for your product area by applying domain expertise, leveraging internal and external best practices, identifying customer and market opportunities, developing business cases, and defining measurable objectives and success metrics.
  • Building collaborative relationships – You will partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, operations, and business stakeholders to align priorities with business goals, communicate roadmap tradeoffs, drive cross-functional execution, and build support for product initiatives.
  • Providing product direction – You will use business goals, customer needs, competitive insights, and performance data to inform product decisions, prioritize opportunities, and deliver solutions that improve customer experience and business outcomes.
