Hinge Health is looking for a strategic, execution-driven Senior Product Manager to lead our newly forming program launch and optimization squad. This is a high-visibility, high-ownership role at the intersection of product strategy, commercial growth, and member experience, built for someone who thinks like a GM, operates with speed, and knows how to turn ambiguous opportunities into products that deliver tangible user and business value. In this role, you will own the health of Hinge Health's digital physical therapy program portfolio, scanning for the highest-value growth opportunities, building and validating new program extensions, and establishing the operating model for how we launch and optimize programs at scale. You will work closely with commercial, clinical, design, and engineering partners across the org, and will interface regularly with executive leadership on new product bets. This role is for someone who is energized by building something new, comfortable without a defined playbook, and biased toward speed to action.
