About The Position

The Enterprise Solutions business within S&P Global Market Intelligence provides buy-side, sell-side, and corporate clients with industry-leading data, software, and services. The business portfolio offers a broad range of product offerings covering enterprise data management, investment management, loans platforms, regulatory and compliance solutions, and private markets solutions. Our Private Markets business portfolio comprises products that support the entire private markets investment lifecycle across asset classes including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Private Credit. S&P Global’s flagship “iLEVEL” product line seeks a product manager to drive product growth within the private markets franchise, with an emphasis on evolving our current offerings to support the unique requirements of the deal professionals, portfolio managers, and investment teams that run the investment lifecycle on iLEVEL. This role will specifically focus on iLEVEL’s valuation software product.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B FinTech product management, with a strong understanding of the private capital market industry and ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams to achieve product goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex needs into actionable product requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Proficiency in defining product requirements and creating comprehensive product documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Limited to persons with an indefinite right to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in private equity valuations is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Define short-term and long-term product strategies for extending our product line to support the unique needs of the front-office personas we serve.
  • Create and execute comprehensive product roadmaps, securing executive buy-in and guiding product development efforts to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflow maps, ensuring alignment with market needs.
  • Oversee product development initiatives, managing cross-functional teams and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, effectively communicating the product vision and strategy to ensure organizational alignment.
  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive opportunities to inform future product direction.
