About The Position

Selling Partner Services is a high-growth and strategically important business within the WW Stores organization. The Seller Fees team is responsible for developing science and tech products that enable this $100B+ WW business and improve the Selling Partner experience. Within Seller Fees, this Sr. PMT will leverage Gen AI to reinvent the experience of enabling fee changes for millions of sellers across 23+ stores worldwide. This PMT will work closely with engineering and science teams to reduce the time to enable fee changes, improve seller experience, and automate several manual touchpoints that are error prone.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
  • Experience managing technical products or online services
  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting
  • Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value

Responsibilities

  • Independently envision and execute large projects from start to finish including customer problem discovery, data gathering and analysis, designing creative solutions, defining product requirements and managing technical execution.
  • Engage with science, engineering, and business stakeholders and customers throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among competing high value opportunities.
  • Contribute to roadmap and OP1/OP2 planning.
  • Own leadership review documents including PRFAQs, vision documents, monthly or quarterly business reviews.
