About The Position

The Prime Acquisition team is focused on driving WW Prime member growth, and this role will specifically lead the strategy for Prime member acquisition through offers, including trials, incentives, and 3P partnerships.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
• Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools

Responsibilities

• Drive Prime member acquisition through Prime offers including trial, incentive, 3P partnerships.
• Own the vision, product roadmap, and detailed requirements for Prime offers.
• Partner with multiple tech teams on execution and delivery.
• Work closely with Science, design, legal, and executive teams to ensure the best customer experience while optimizing for Prime outcomes.
• Partner with local teams worldwide to develop and execute a WW strategy that aligns with a central vision but is inclusive of locale nuances and complexities.
• Create and drive the strategic vision for WW Prime member growth.
