About The Position

Amazon Warehousing & Distribution (AWD) is building a service that will enable sellers and enterprises to leverage Amazon’s advanced logistics, supply chain, and transportation to move products from manufacturers to customers. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Nice To Haves

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
• Demonstrated experience leveraging generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity, with the ability to craft effective prompts and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs in a professional setting
• Experience identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into products and services to drive business value.

Responsibilities

• Own customer research, benchmarking, strategy, and execution for your domain.
• Define the product roadmap and bring your vision to life by leading a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, program managers, scientists and other product owners.
• Drive day-to-day product development from design through to release.
• Ensure product requirements are concise, with clear, measurable success criteria.
• Act as an effective negotiator, make smart trade-offs without sacrificing quality, and drive appropriate schedules.
• Use data to influence business strategy and technical priorities, and escalate when necessary without damaging relationships.
• Independently represent your products and the product team, communicating with senior executives as well as business and technical stakeholders.
