In this role, you’ll lead new product initiatives that turn user engagement into long-term subscriber relationships - through premium features, AI-powered capabilities, and product-led conversion experiences. You’ll own the full lifecycle: discovery, build, launch, measurement, and iteration. This role sits within our subscription business and focuses on growth-oriented product initiatives, especially in areas with meaningful upside and some ambiguity. You'll dig into: New premium features and packaging, AI-powered subscription experiences, upsell and expansion moments inside the product, retention and churn reduction initiatives, and customer lifecycle improvements from trial through renewal.
