EverPro - Senior Product Manager, SaaS Agentic Workflows at Joist (Remote, CAN)

EverCommerceRemote (Canada), ON
CA$150,000 - CA$177,000Remote

About The Position

EverCommerce is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Invoicing Solutions team working on Joist. Joist is a mobile-first SaaS platform that helps small businesses, particularly contractors and freelancers, create professional invoices and get paid faster. The Senior PM will be instrumental in shaping Joist’s next-generation Agentic Field Service Management (FSM) experience. This involves defining and delivering AI-powered, model-assisted workflows to help contractors manage jobs, schedules, customers, and payments with reduced manual effort. The role also includes integrating and cross-selling AI-powered voice products from the EverCommerce portfolio. This is not an AI research, ML platform, or data science position, but requires a strong understanding of contractor FSM workflows, Jobs-to-be-done, end-to-end UX, and the ability to navigate ambiguous, AI-native product paradigms.

  • Experience running and shipping experiments in live products.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple initiatives.
  • Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
  • Occasional travel to Toronto office (once per quarter) may be expected.
  • May require travel to Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or other office locations around North America.
