About The Position

Join Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) as a Senior Product Manager on our revenue management team. You'll shape the future of cross-border logistics by developing sophisticated pricing strategies and systems that serve businesses of all sizes. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to help establish AGL as a leading global freight provider.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
  • 3+ years of end to end product delivery experience
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience owning technology products
  • Experience with data analysis and SQL

  • Experience delivering complex, data-driven recommendations to senior leaders
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Master's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
  • Experience with vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion or inventory management
  • Experience in transportation or supply chain within a high-volume logistics, manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Experience developing and launching V1 products
  • MBA or advanced degree in quantitative field

Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy and roadmap for pricing and revenue management systems across multiple geographies and customer segments, directly influencing AGL's competitive positioning
  • Design and implement sophisticated pricing mechanisms that incorporate real-time market signals, capacity forecasts, competitive intelligence, and customer behavior patterns
  • Partner with data science teams to develop and validate pricing models, optimization algorithms, and machine learning systems that drive revenue growth
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives with engineering, operations, sales, finance, and business development teams to deliver end-to-end pricing solutions
  • Develop frameworks and systems for gathering, validating, and integrating pricing inputs from diverse sources including market data, operational costs, and customer feedback
  • Create automated pricing capabilities that scale across markets while maintaining flexibility for strategic pricing decisions
  • Define success metrics and KPIs to measure product impact, track business performance, and inform data-driven decision-making
  • Build compelling business cases with financial modeling to support product initiatives, feature prioritization, and resource allocation
  • Influence senior leadership through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations on pricing strategy and market expansion
