About The Position

Horizon3.ai is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Platform to lead their platform product portfolio. This role is crucial for making the NodeZero platform enterprise-ready, extensible, and reliable at scale. The Product Manager will collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the platform strategy that supports all product experiences. Key areas of focus include enterprise experience, integrations, APIs, agentic workflows, performance, reliability, and functionality for MSPs/MSSPs. The role also involves hands-on ownership of a specific product area, emphasizing platform performance, reliability, and operational excellence. The goal is to ensure the platform is scalable, observable, secure, and easily integrated into the broader security and IT ecosystem, enabling feature teams, partners, and customers to build and operate on NodeZero with confidence. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, capable of strategic and tactical execution, and adept at making decisions impacting multiple product lines. This role requires close collaboration with various departments including Engineering, SRE, Customer Success, Marketing, Support, Sales, and other Product leaders to enhance system stability, accelerate development, and drive enterprise and partner growth.

Requirements

5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with significant time spent on platform, infrastructure, or deeply technical products
Deep understanding of SaaS architectures, distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and multi-tenant platforms
Proven experience owning or materially influencing reliability and performance domains, including SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, and incident management practices
Excellent cross-functional leadership skills; able to partner effectively with Engineering, SRE, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success, and influence senior stakeholders
Data-driven decision making, with experience defining product and operational metrics and using insights to guide prioritization and iteration
Clear, confident communicator who can translate complex technical concepts into simple, actionable narratives for executives, customers, and internal teams
Comfort operating in Agile environments, managing backlogs, making trade-offs, and shipping iteratively in collaboration with distributed teams

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
An advanced degree in engineering or business is preferred

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end product strategy for the NodeZero platform, focusing on scalability, reliability, security, extensibility, and enterprise readiness.
Ensure platform investments align with company objectives, revenue goals, and customer outcomes.
Directly own the product roadmap for platform performance, reliability, and operational excellence.
Define SLAs, SLOs, and error budgets, and partner with Engineering and SRE to improve availability, latency, and overall system health.
Oversee platform capabilities for enterprise customers, including RBAC, SSO/SCIM, entitlements and licensing, auditability, administrative workflows, and multi-tenancy.
Develop and maintain a transparent, outcome-driven roadmap across the portfolio, balancing short-term reliability with long-term strategic bets.
Partner with Engineering, SRE, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success to define requirements, plan releases, and drive execution.
Define and track success metrics for platform reliability, performance, integration adoption, and enterprise feature utilization.
Engage directly with strategic customers and partners to understand needs, validate designs, and gather structured feedback.
