Oura is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our Commerce team to focus on payments. Our mission is to expand Oura’s reach to various commerce channels, all around the world, and power an ecosystem of partners and services to help our members achieve their desired health outcomes. The Commerce team at Oura is responsible for all the ways members acquire and onboard Oura products and services. Our team covers several distinct commerce channels - direct to consumer and business to business. We are also responsible for the member experience. Payments is an integral part of the purchase and member experience. With 43 countries supported and growing each year, we need to earn the trust of our members and future members by providing an experience that builds and reinforces trust with every interaction. The Payments PM will work across the entire stack - from member experience all the way to settlement and reconciliation. At every point, the Payments PM will ensure that we’re scaling while improving operational efficiency. This role is open to U.S. candidates only. This role can be fully remote or a hybrid of remote/in-person if based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
