About The Position

We believe in a world where growth thrives across borders and cultures. Our mission is to guide companies on their journey by providing services and technology that enables global talent management and delivers a human experience. As an Employer-of-Record (EOR) provider, we offer the HR and compliance infrastructure essential for companies to expand internationally. We take care of the complex, behind-the-scenes work, allowing companies to focus on the strategies that drive their success. We are For People, By People. The future of work is borderless, and so are we. Our people are located around the globe — in the U.S., the UK, India, Colombia, China, and beyond. Diversity and belonging are not just values, they are who we are. We are also committed to making a positive impact. Through our Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG) impact initiative, we are addressing our environmental footprint and promoting social responsibility. Our impact program is central to our vision and culture, focusing on employee wellness, diversity, charitable work, and ethical corporate governance. The Role We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and build our Extended Workforce Payments products from the ground up. This is a 0→1 and 1→N role. You’ll define the vision, ship fast, and scale systems that handle contractor onboarding, compliance, and global payouts - while navigating the messy realities of regulations and payments infrastructure. You’ve ideally built something similar before. You understand the nuance. You know where things break.

Requirements

  • You’ve done this before
  • Built or led products in:
  • AOR / COR / EOR
  • Contractor management platforms
  • Global payroll or contractor payments
  • You understand:
  • Worker classification (and how risky it gets)
  • Tax forms (W-9, W-8BEN, 1099 workflows)
  • Cross-border payments (FX, rails, delays, failures)
  • You’re AI-literate and forward-thinking
  • Comfortable using AI tools (LLMs, automation, Claude, Figma etc)in your day-to-day workflow
  • Able to identify opportunities to embed AI into product experiences(e.g., compliance automation, document processing, risk detection)
  • Stay current with emerging AI capabilities and apply them pragmatically—not just as hype
  • You’re a builder
  • 3–5+ years in product, with experience in early-stage or high-growth environments or at a company within the hiring services spaces. If you have already built AOR prior, that would be a big plus.
  • Comfortable going from zero structure → shipped product → scaled system
  • You can balance speed vs risk vs qualitywithout getting stuck
  • You think in systems
  • Payments, compliance, onboarding - these aren’t features to you, they are systems
  • You know how to design for edge cases, failures, and scale
  • You’re pragmatic
  • You don’t overbuild - but you also don’t cut corners where it matters
  • You can work through ambiguity without waiting for perfect clarity
