About The Position

Fluxx is looking for a strategic, systems-thinking Senior Product Manager, OneFluxx to own and evolve the internal operating system that powers how we work. As the Senior Product Manager for OneFluxx, you’ll own the vision, strategy, and execution of the platform that unifies data across every enterprise tool we use and turns it into actionable insight. You’ll treat internal stakeholders and employee-submitted proposals like customers — understanding their needs, prioritizing with clear business cases, and shipping pragmatic solutions that increase company velocity, output per employee, and quality of execution. You’ll partner directly with VPs and C-level leaders to align on the roadmap for the highest-ROI investments, and lead build-vs.-buy decisions, and own data security, privacy, and access controls. You’ll also create the playbooks — including how PMs across Fluxx leverage AI in product design and discovery — that scale how every team operates as we grow. This is a high-ownership, executive-facing role that blends product management, operations strategy, and data leadership. We are looking for people who are curious, tenacious, candid, and have a bias toward action. We welcome diverse perspectives and encourage you to apply if you think you can bring value to our team – even if your experience doesn’t perfectly match the job description. This is a full-time, exempt position. Candidates must be located in the United States. About Fluxx: At Fluxx, our mission is to be the leading collaborative grant management platform in our global communities. We build technology that drives positive impact by helping foundations, government agencies, and nonprofits streamline the grantmaking process—making it easier to get funding to the organizations that need it most. Founded by grantmakers, Fluxx was built on the belief that the systems supporting philanthropy should be as thoughtful and strategic as the missions they serve. For more than 15 years, we’ve helped organizations move away from manual processes and legacy tools to a flexible, AI + data-driven platform that supports the full lifecycle of grantmaking. Today, Fluxx supports a global community of 500+ customers who collectively manage and distribute more than $39B in grants annually.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in product management, operations, or a related data/systems role within a technology or SaaS environment, with a track record of owning and shipping end-to-end products that drive adoption — not just delivery.
  • Demonstrated experience consolidating disparate enterprise tools and data sources into unified platforms, dashboards, or internal operating systems used across multiple functions.
  • Strong business-case and prioritization skills — you can quantify impact, evaluate competing requests, and communicate trade-offs to executives, while operating just as comfortably at the tactical level (writing acceptance criteria, defining success metrics).
  • Working knowledge of data architecture, APIs, integrations, and modern analytics/BI tooling, plus a deep understanding of the security, privacy, and access-control principles that come with enterprise data environments.
  • Highly relational systems thinker who builds trust across levels of the org, surfaces what’s real (not just what’s visible), and designs scalable solutions to ambiguous, cross-functional problems.
  • High-ownership operator and change agent — self-directed, holds the prioritization line, and equally focused on shifting how teams work as on shipping.

Nice To Haves

  • experience in grantmaking, philanthropy-tech, or other mission-driven SaaS.

Responsibilities

  • Partner across the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to develop, refine, and communicate the vision for OneFluxx across the company and our customer community.
  • Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for OneFluxx, maintaining a holistic view of how systems, teams, and data connect across the company.
  • Serve as the internal “data head” — mapping, connecting, and rationalizing data sources across departments so leadership and teams can make faster, evidence-based decisions.
  • Run a transparent intake and prioritization process for employee-submitted proposals, evaluating every initiative through a clear business case and build-vs.-buy lens (cost, speed-to-value, security, compliance).
  • Partner with InfoSec and Legal to design and enforce data-access, privacy, and governance controls that meet enterprise-grade standards.
  • Lead rollout and change management for new systems and workflows — driving high adoption through clear communication, documentation, and stakeholder enablement.
  • Continuously monitor, improve, and maintain features over time to ensure continued success of the platform and internal “customer” use cases.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Flexible time off
