The specific domain for this role is Growth & Inspiration (Homepage) for Levi.com and the Levi's Mobile App, aiming to enhance customer engagement, traffic, and conversion through brand storytelling, homepage personalization, and AI-driven experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in product management, business, engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • Experience managing both new-build products and third-party platform integrations.
  • A product builder at heart: from discovery through adoption, with a reputation for clear documentation of user journeys, epics, and requirements.
  • Experience using data and insights to inform product development.
  • Track record in product discovery and rallying teams to achieve OKRs.
  • Experience defining and leading experimentation programs with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and learning frameworks.
  • Experience making difficult prioritization decisions and communicating tradeoffs to senior partners.
  • Experience influencing vendor partners without direct authority.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML product patterns and ability to translate user needs into AI-enabled features.
  • Curious about the industry — you follow what peers are doing, track new technologies, and bring ideas back to the team.
  • Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners and collaborators who can tailor their approach across engineering, design, business, and executive audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Define and promote a compelling product vision for the Growth & Inspiration domain.
  • Develop a multi-year product strategy and manage a 1-2 quarter roadmap.
  • Lead build vs. buy vs. partner decisions for the product area.
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and latest technologies.
  • Lead the full product development lifecycle from discovery through launch and adoption.
  • Translate vision into use cases, epics, requirements, and user stories.
  • Manage a dynamic product backlog, making decisions based on user feedback, signals, engagement data, and priorities.
  • Anticipate downstream impacts of product decisions across systems, platforms, and customer journeys.
  • Build product launch activities including documentation, release notes, user stories, and incident summaries.
  • Establish OKRs aligned with partner expectations and analytics strategy, and monitor/report on goals.
  • Define and size the growth and benefits of new product plans and enhancements.
  • Lead a structured experimentation approach, including hypothesis definition, test design, result analysis, and decision-making.
  • Use data to lead with recommendations.
  • Work with business and operations partners to document current-state processes, identify transformation opportunities, and improve adoption of new ways of working.
  • Define experience principles and tradeoffs across platforms and channels.
  • Apply a formal intake and prioritization discipline, evaluating ad-hoc requests against OKRs.
  • Raise risks and lead trade-off conversations.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors, influencing their roadmaps and making tradeoffs between out-of-the-box and customized solutions.
  • Manage governance frameworks for platforms, CMS, or tooling within the domain.
  • Apply working knowledge of AI/ML capabilities and agentic product patterns to identify and deliver AI-enabled features.
  • Partner with Data Science and ML Engineering teams to define product requirements for AI-powered experiences.
  • Mentor junior product managers and contribute to department-wide product standards.
  • Champion a culture of user obsession, grounding decisions in user intent, behavior, and feedback.
