About The Position

MuleSoft, the industry-leading integration, API, and agent management platform, empowers enterprises globally to unlock data and accelerate innovation. We are seeking a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to join the MuleSoft Platform Experience team — a team at the forefront of our product strategy, focused on delivering a cohesive experience across the MuleSoft platform for both humans and agents. With Agentforce woven into every layer of our platform, you'll help shape how customers feel the moment they start building on MuleSoft and every day after. We're looking for a builder with strong product taste — someone who obsesses over the small details that make users successful. This role is based in SF or WA.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with UX designers, engineers, and architects to translate technical complexity into intuitive product experiences.
  • Strong communication skills — you can synthesize technical concepts for any audience, drive alignment, and manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Experience using quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions and connect product metrics to business outcomes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building for enterprise developers, administrators, or complex SaaS ecosystems.
  • Working understanding of AI, large language models (LLMs), and agentic workflows, and how they are reshaping the integration and API landscape.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity to define product strategy and direction in early-stage or fast-evolving environments.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end product process — from discovery and requirements through execution, release, and post-launch iteration — while holding the platform to a consistent, high-quality experience bar.
  • Collaborate across MuleSoft and Salesforce product teams (including Agentforce and Slack) to ensure every feature meets enterprise-grade customer experience standards.
  • Partner directly with users to understand their pain points and ensure successful product adoption and value realization.
  • Work closely with UX, Engineering, and Customer Support to prioritize investments that drive Day-1 impact and sustained engagement.
