Job Summary Primarily responsible for leading a team of associates while setting the strategy, planning, delivery, performance, and continuous improvement of new and existing marketing workflows and tools. This role requires a proven leader with the energy and competencies to envision the right experience for end users, drive system enhancements, and oversee the integration of new workflow platforms to enable rapid growth.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 7+ years experience in Product Management, Business Configuration, Marketing Workflow, Workflow Management, Marketing Execution.
  • 3+ years leading project(s), mentoring and/or coaching experience, demonstrated subject matter expert in department

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Finance, or Information Technology.
  • 8+ years experience in Product Management, Business Configuration, Marketing Workflow, etc.
  • 5+ years leading project(s), mentoring and/or coaching experience, demonstrated subject matter expert in department
  • 3+ years direct leadership experience
  • Experience working with marketing workflow platforms like Adobe Workfront/Adobe Suite, or similar tools, as well as experience with Disclosure Management, Intelligent Review, or equivalent systems

Responsibilities

  • Helps define the long-term vision and strategy for marketing workflows and tools. Owns developing the product roadmap in collaboration with senior leadership based on trends, improvement areas, stakeholder feedback, and long-term vision.
  • Engages with end users for in-depth research and incorporates disruptive capabilities into product plans. Owns partnering with leadership team to determine resource availability and allocation of enhancements to ensure balance and ability to deliver in a timely manner with high-quality.
  • Manages marketing campaign workflow process improvements and operational excellence. Maintains workflow expertise and able to independently drive or direct team to deliver on key and critical enhancements that improve the user experience and delivers on the defined roadmap.
  • Develops business scope and case metrics, reporting and analysis on the product set to streamline and improve the broader marketing workflow and tools ecosystem. Is the primary contact for internal and external partners.

  • Illinois associates receive 40 hours of Illinois PSST upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year and 40 hours of Illinois Paid Leave upon hire and at the beginning of each subsequent calendar year. Illinois Paid Leave must be used before associates in Illinois will be approved to take FTO.
  • Hired associates will be able to elect the purchase company stock during offering periods in June and December.
  • You will be eligible for an annual incentive bonus based on individual and company performance.
