We are seeking a full-time, creative, and dynamic Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about making a tangible impact in the healthcare industry. This position owns product marketing for Capsa Healthcare's clinical workflow portfolio, including point-of-care mobile workstations (Trio, Tryten, M38e, etc.) and adjacent acute-care solutions. The role drives market insight, ICP and lifecycle messaging, go-to-market execution, and source content for downstream activation. The PMM partners with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Service, and Marketing — providing source material that Sales Enablement and Marketing activate. The PMM does not directly produce sales enablement assets or own marketing analytics. This position offers the flexibility of working mostly remotely, with occasional visits to our Columbus office for collaborative projects, team meetings, and hands-on involvement in photo and video shoots.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, medical device, or B2B technology.
  • Acute care or clinical workflow domain experience preferred.
  • Strong research synthesis, messaging development, and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales and Product Management in a structured GTM environment.
  • Strategic mindset paired with execution discipline; able to translate complex concepts into clear, customer-centric narratives.
  • Comfortable using and deploying Claude and other AI tools to accelerate workflows.
