About the position
As the Sr. Product Manager, you will be responsible for the integration process and working closely with designers, engineers, and marketing to define, create, and deliver successful outcomes. This role will require a strong understanding of the complete software development lifecycle and experience with data ingestion and integrations. You will need to be data-driven, make evidence-based decisions, and have proven software product management experience. Additionally, you will be expected to engage with customers, identify opportunities for problem-solving, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the Weave integration engine and platform as well as all 3rd party integrations
- Understand the product, customers, and market
- Develop empathy for customers and identify their problems
- Identify opportunities for Weave to solve customer problems
- Clearly and openly communicate with stakeholders
- Engage with customers often and become their champion
- Define data-driven outcomes and hold oneself accountable to them
- Proven software product management experience (5+ years)
- Strong understanding of the complete software development lifecycle
- Be data-driven and make evidence-based decisions
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Kanban, Scrum, and/or other project management processes
- Experience with Jira, Linear, Asana, or similar project management tools
- Experience converting research and knowledge into useful product requirements
- Experience with data ingestion and integrations
