About The Position

US Mobile is building the future of wireless communication with the goal of creating a unified network open to any person and any device, worldwide. They aim to empower customers by offering all three major networks on one phone and one plan, along with home internet from Starlink, with no lock-in or commitments. They provide custom-fit plans at every price point and 24/7 customer support with real people. The company utilizes real-time feedback from Reddit, surveys, and customer support to inform product roadmaps. Consumer Reports has recognized them as the top-rated mobile carrier for two consecutive years. US Mobile is also building innovative, scalable systems with a network-agnostic tech stack and agile, cross-functional teams built on trust and mutual respect. This role is for individuals who work fast, flexibly, and collaboratively without compromising standards. We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager, Growth to lead how people discover US Mobile, sign up, and become long-term customers. This role will drive measurable improvement across growth loops by building and optimizing experiments and product changes across marketing, web, and app experiences. It’s a hands-on, high-ownership position where you'll collaborate directly with engineering, design, data, and growth teams to identify significant growth opportunities, ship changes rapidly, and develop compounding experiments, channels, and lifecycle systems. You will be deeply involved in product decisions, determining what to build and overseeing its execution. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and scaling growth systems and is eager to do so again. You are data-proficient, comfortable diving into analytics yourself, and combine this with customer-obsessed product judgment and user empathy. You are proactive, take ownership, and are motivated to make a significant impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, with several years focused on growth — owning acquisition, activation, retention, or monetization.
  • You’ve built and scaled growth or acquisition systems before, with measurable results.
  • You own experiments end-to-end and are fluent with product analytics (e.g., PostHog, Amplitude, Mixpanel) — you define the metric, design the test, and read the results yourself.
  • Strong with data and paired with real-world product judgment and empathy for users; you know when to trust the numbers and when to trust qualitative signals.
  • You know when to take a big swing with limited data versus optimize what already works, and can explain your reasoning.
  • You move fast and operate with high ownership in a fast-changing environment.
  • A strong communicator who can align engineering, design, data, and marketing without formal authority.
  • You create organization and direction from a set of problems, leading your team towards a clear and well-developed end goal.

Nice To Haves

  • You’ve built multi-channel acquisition across growth marketing, product-led growth, SEO/ASO, referrals, and lifecycle.
  • You’ve stood up an experimentation program or culture from scratch.
  • Experience with pricing and packaging, churn and reactivation, or onboarding optimization.
  • Background at a high-growth consumer, subscription, or marketplace company.

Responsibilities

  • Own key growth levers in the discovery, signup, activation and promotional surfaces.
  • Deliver the highest-impact opportunities across consideration, sign up and life cycle decision points, and then improve them.
  • Run experiments end-to-end: Form the hypothesis, design the test, ship it, read the results, and roll out what works.
  • Build and scale growth loops: Optimize engagement and growth loops that compound over time.
  • Improve activation and retention: Get customers to value faster, and give them reasons to stay.
  • Partner across the company to ship fast: Work directly with engineering, design, data, and marketing to move growth changes quickly across web and app.
  • Build the tools growth depends on: Work with engineering on the experimentation setup, event tracking, and lifecycle tooling the team needs to learn from every change.
