About The Position

The Growth Platform is responsible for the entire journey of an opportunity, from the initial customer conversation to a signed contract and the delivery of hardware in the field. This platform is not confined to a single application but spans across multiple systems including CRM, contract lifecycle management, master data, ERP, and the data warehouse. The role will focus on improving the growth process by addressing the gaps and inefficiencies that exist between these systems. The Product Manager will own this end-to-end surface, collaborating closely with Growth Operations, Business Development, Mission & Deployment Operations, Legal, and Finance teams.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of digital product management experience, with a track record of owning products from discovery to launch.
  • Proven experience owning a platform that spans multiple systems of record, including the integrations between them.
  • Technical depth: ability to read a schema, follow data lineage, and query a data warehouse.
  • Deep experience managing backlogs and leading sprint ceremonies in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM, including Salesforce Sales Cloud and Gov Cloud.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management, ERP, master data, or quote-to-cash systems.
  • Experience delivering on a modern data platform, including warehouse modeling, pipelines, or BI.
  • Applied AI or agentic capabilities embedded in enterprise workflows.
  • Industry experience in Aerospace & Defense or another regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a 12–18 month roadmap for the Growth Platform, balancing competing requests from various functions.
  • Map the lifecycle of opportunities across different systems, identifying and addressing handoff breakdowns.
  • Own the integration of systems, including data exchange, sync direction, failure modes, and conflict resolution when records disagree.
  • Make decisions about data management, determining what belongs in the system of record versus the data warehouse.
  • Ensure compliance by design within a regulated, government-facing environment without compromising workflow usability.
  • Write user stories with precise acceptance criteria and manage backlogs.
  • Lead sprint ceremonies and perform quality assurance for delivered features.
  • Coordinate release management across multiple systems that may have different release cadences.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, upstream and downstream system owners, and leadership to define requirements.
  • Publish and report baseline metrics for cycle time, data coverage, and adoption.
