Staff Product Manager, Growth Platform

AndurilCosta Mesa, CA

About The Position

The Growth Platform is responsible for guiding Anduril from the initial customer conversation through to a signed contract and the delivery of hardware in the field. This platform is not confined to a single application; rather, a single opportunity spans across the CRM, contract lifecycle management, master data, the ERP, and the data warehouse. Growth can be hindered by the gaps between these systems, not solely within them. The Product Manager will own this end-to-end surface, collaborating closely with Growth Operations, Business Development, Mission & Deployment Operations, Legal, and Finance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, owning products from discovery to launch.
  • Proven experience owning a platform that spans multiple systems of record, including the integrations between them.
  • Ability to read a schema, follow data lineage, and query a warehouse independently.
  • Deep experience managing backlogs and leading sprint ceremonies in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on experience with enterprise CRM, including Salesforce Sales Cloud and Gov Cloud.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management, ERP, master data, or quote-to-cash systems.
  • Experience delivering on a modern data platform: warehouse modeling, pipelines, or BI.
  • Applied AI or agentic capabilities embedded in enterprise workflows.
  • Industry experience in Aerospace & Defense or another regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a 12–18 month roadmap for the platform as a whole, balancing requests from various functions.
  • Maintain an authoritative view of how opportunities progress across systems and identify where handoffs are breaking.
  • Own how systems exchange data, including sync direction, failure modes, and conflict resolution when records disagree.
  • Determine what data belongs in the system of record versus the data warehouse.
  • Design for a regulated, government-facing environment without compromising workflow usability.
  • Write user stories with precise acceptance criteria, run sprint ceremonies, and perform QA.
  • Coordinate releases across systems that operate on different release schedules.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, upstream and downstream system owners, and leadership to define requirements.
  • Publish baseline metrics for cycle time, data coverage, and adoption, and report them accurately.

Benefits

  • Highly competitive equity grants
  • Top-tier benefits for full-time employees
  • Comprehensive, competitive benefits package (available at little to no cost to employees) that supports health, recovery, and future needs.
