Senior Product Manager, Game Acquisition & Engagement
About The Position
Sony Interactive Entertainment seeks a results-driven Senior Product Manager to support the development and delivery of PlayStation Game Acquisition & Engagement experiences. This role will work across the PlayStation devices and experiences to help players discover, evaluate, acquire, and engage with games. The ideal candidate brings strong product management craft, e-commerce experience, consumer UX judgment, and the ability to independently drive complex product initiatives across multiple teams and dependencies. The role will primarily focus on roadmap execution and feature delivery while also contributing to research, product strategy, and longer-term roadmap development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience, 3+ within e-commerce or digital consumer products.
- Strong product craft across prioritization, delivery, data, research, and consumer UX.
- Proven ability to independently drive complex initiatives across multiple teams and dependencies.
- Excellent communication, organization, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Technical fluency with software architecture and data flows.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical field or equivalent experience.
Nice To Haves
- Gaming or digital engagement experience preferred.
- Gaming, entertainment, content discovery, personalization, live services, or digital engagement experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Drive delivery of Game Acquisition & Engagement experiences across PlayStation platforms.
- Translate product direction into clear requirements, priorities, and plans.
- Lead cross-functional execution across Engineering, UX, Research, Analytics, and partner teams.
- Use data and customer research to prioritize opportunities and measure outcomes.
- Manage dependencies, risks, trade-offs, and stakeholder alignment across complex initiatives.
- Contribute to product research, roadmap development, and longer-term strategy.
