About The Position

TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure. TRM Labs is building the global standard for investigations. This role is for a Senior Product Manager who understands that this role is not coordination. It's ownership. Your job is to enable, capture, and expand ARR. You do that by moving through four stages: Pathfinding, Shaping, Building, and Closing. Each stage has different owners and partners who optimize for their local maximum. You are the thread across all of them, thinking and acting like a general manager: relentlessly pursuing the outcome, activating others or doing it yourself. PMs at TRM hold a lever no one else does — the ability to change what the product does. Sales can sell what exists. CS can support what was built. Marketing can amplify what's launched. Only you can build the thing that makes the deal closeable, the trial stick, or the expansion obvious.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of PM experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Led at least two complete product cycles from spec to launch in complex enterprise domains: security, fintech, intelligence, defense, or equivalent — owning the outcome end-to-end
  • Experience building or shipping AI-powered products or workflows; already living in an AI-native workflow, not planning to start
  • Demonstrated ability to ship in days; can walk through a real example
  • Curiosity: Go deeper than the feature request. Run discovery to find the problem the customer didn't name.
  • Bias for action: Ship a working V1 and iterate. Don't wait for perfect information.
  • AI systems dialed in: Already build agents and live in an AI-native workflow. Can demo it.
  • Product taste: Know what good looks like and can define it precisely enough that others can execute it.

Nice To Haves

  • PMs who have never owned direct customer relationships or who rely on an analyst layer to do discovery (deal breaker)
  • Process PMs who manage the work rather than own the outcome (deal breaker)
  • Candidates who treat AI as something to "explore" — must already build agents as part of their job (deal breaker)

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for TRM's compliance and AML suite, serving banks and financial services firms as the financial system migrates onto blockchain rails.
  • Build features that cement TRM's position as indispensable to compliance workflows and the financial system itself, and drive the expansion that follows.
  • Get in front of customers before there's anything to show them, surface problems they can't fully articulate, and turn conversations into same-day specs.
  • Translate customer insight into a solution with your hands on it, prototyping, iterating with designers, and actively driving what the product becomes.
  • Ship code alongside engineers and the Product Cortex, integrating AI agents into the product and your own workflow.
  • Be present in the deal, leading demos, running scoping calls, surfacing product feedback from the field, and translating it into roadmap unlocks.
