Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Three or more years of public accounting audit experience.
• Experience serving financial institutions, including banks, credit unions, or other financial services organizations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• A commitment to delivering exceptional client service and developing professionally.

Nice To Haves

• CPA license or active pursuit of certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit fieldwork and coordinate engagement activities for financial institution clients.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships built on trust and responsiveness.
• Supervise, review, and mentor associates and staff accountants.
• Assist with engagement planning, risk assessment, and execution.
• Collaborate with partners, managers, and specialists to deliver high-quality client service.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the Financial Institutions Practice.
