About The Position

Brellium is seeking a Senior Product Manager for the Enterprise side of the business. This role will own the product that enterprise customers interact with daily, including the user interface, integrations with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems, and the implementation process. The ideal candidate will ensure Brellium can be adopted quickly by large organizations and will focus on streamlining the integration process for future customers. The company's mission is to improve the standard of care in the US healthcare system through AI-powered technology that helps healthcare providers deliver safer, higher-quality care. Brellium's platform aims to mitigate clinical and compliance risks before they impact patients, addressing the issue of diagnostic or compliance-related mistakes in healthcare. Founded in 2021, Brellium serves over 250,000 providers across all 50 states and has secured over $30 million in funding from prominent venture capital firms.

Requirements

  • 3-6+ years of product management experience at a B2B SaaS company with a high product standard.
  • Deep experience working with engineering teams, comfortable with technical discussions on APIs, integrations, and data.
  • Experience owning products with real customers and consequences, ideally including enterprise accounts, integrations, or implementations.
  • Clear, concise communication skills to manage priorities across engineering, go-to-market, and customer teams.
  • Ability to learn new domains quickly, with a willingness to delve deeply into healthcare compliance.
  • Balance of intuition and data-driven decision-making, comfortable making decisions with incomplete information.
  • Technical proficiency to prototype, query databases, or read code.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with healthcare data or EMR integrations.
  • Background in a delivery, forward-deployed, or implementation-adjacent product role.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer-facing surface area, including the web app, notifications service, reporting, API, and permissions.
  • Manage EMR integrations, deciding on build vs. buy strategies and simplifying the integration process.
  • Oversee large enterprise rollouts, ensuring timely value delivery for customers.
  • Productize smaller implementations to enable team scaling without proportional headcount growth.
  • Own problems end-to-end: discovery, definition, build, launch, and post-launch follow-through.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering on technical details of integrations, data models, and permissions.
  • Transform manual implementation steps into product features.
  • Partner with sales, customer success, and implementation teams to gather insights for the product roadmap.
  • Engage with providers and administrators to understand workflows before proposing solutions.
