The opportunity Altruist is in the midst of an exceptional growth phase and we're excited to hire a Senior Product Manager, Enterprise to join our growing product team. As we move upmarket, the registered investment advisor (RIA) firms we work with are larger and more complex, with multiple offices, dedicated operations and compliance teams, and many advisors serving thousands of clients. You'll shape how these firms set up, onboard, and run their business on Altruist. Your work may span onboarding, firm setup, permissions, branding, and billing. You'll also help inform where we invest as our enterprise offering grows, with the goal of simple, enterprise-grade experiences that firms, advisors, and their clients enjoy using.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager building B2B2C or multi-sided software, with a track record of shipping complex, high-visibility products.
  • Designing products where the buyer, daily user, and end customer are different people.
  • Building for enterprise customers with complex organizations while keeping the product simple to use.
  • Leading discovery with customers and internal teams to find the problems most worth solving.
  • Breaking large, ambiguous problems into smaller releases with measurable impact.
  • You're comfortable discussing architecture and data models with engineers and understand how integrations connect a firm's systems. You know how to track key user journeys and use the data to guide decisions.
  • You own outcomes, not just delivery, and stay with a product after launch until it works for the firms using it.
  • You create clarity across teams, influence without formal authority, and explain complex tradeoffs in plain language to firms and internal partners alike.
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments and bring structure and momentum when the path forward isn't clear.
  • You make sound decisions with incomplete information, push back when something isn't right for the customer, and stay open to other perspectives.
  • You have strong product and design instincts and can make complex, rules-heavy problems feel simple. You hold a high bar for experiences that are both enterprise-grade and delightful to use.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fintech, wealth management, or another regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with how RIAs operate, including firm structures, advisor transitions, or custodial relationships.
  • Experience building onboarding, activation, or implementation experiences for enterprise customers.
  • Experience owning platform capabilities such as team management, roles and permissions, admin tools, or multi-level structures like offices and sub-organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and delivery for one or more enterprise product areas.
  • Learn how large firms split work across roles, from operations and compliance to advisors and client service, and build products that fit how each team works.
  • Design workflows that support complex organizations, such as delegating tasks, making bulk changes, and letting firms manage their own settings.
  • Identify where internal processes create friction or won't hold up at scale, and close those gaps with product features, internal tools, or playbooks.
  • Ship iterative, high-quality releases alongside engineering and design.
  • Partner with enterprise firms to shape the product, turning their feedback into solutions that delight many types of firms.
  • Help sales win enterprise firms by leading product discovery and showing how Altruist fits the way each firm works.
