Senior Product Manager - Direct Mail

VericastSan Antonio, TX

About The Position

Vericast is seeking a Senior Product Manager to provide day-to-day product management for an assigned portfolio, partnering closely with a Product Director to translate strategic priorities into planning and delivery. This role operates in an AI-enabled product environment and requires the successful candidate to be a practiced user of AI tools from day one to accelerate requirements definition, analysis, and reporting. A strong understanding of direct mail marketing, including campaign strategy, targeting, measurement, production workflows, postal economics, and USPS regulations is essential. The candidate should understand how postal rates, regulatory changes, production decisions, and operational efficiencies impact product strategy, pricing, profitability, and client outcomes. Experience working with direct mail solutions within financial services or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.

  • 5+ years of product management or related experience acquired within or outside the company.
  • Working knowledge of workflow and business relationships across functional areas.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies including AI tools and Microsoft Office software.
  • Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools in day-to-day product work required.
  • Analytical skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business and marketing information, financial reporting, and performance data.
  • Communication skills: Able to effectively write reports and correspondence, discuss ideas across the organization, and present information clearly.
  • Financial skills: Ability to work with financial and profitability concepts and contribute to practical analysis, without independent P&L ownership.
  • Innovation skills: Ability to help adapt products based on business and marketplace change and to assess and help implement ideas from others.
  • AI fluency: Actively uses AI tools to accelerate product work. Comfort operating in fast-moving, AI-enabled workflows is required.
  • Interpersonal skills: Able to empathize, influence, appreciate, and organize others.
  • Execution skills: Ability to keep cross-functional delivery moving day to day, and to translate portfolio-level strategy into actionable, sprint-level work in partnership with the Product Director.
  • Problem solving skills: Able to solve moderate-complexity problems within established processes, partnering with the Product Director on broader-impact issues.
