As a Senior Product Manager on the Core Experience team, you will own the strategy, roadmap, and execution around the evolution of Front’s inbox - the central place where teams collaborate on and manage high-stakes customer communication with the help of AI. This role is central to Front’s strategy: delivering delightful, sophisticated, AI-powered experiences in the surface area most deeply embedded in our customers’ daily workflows. In this role, you’ll set direction, work through ambiguity, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners (engineering, design, marketing, data, sales) to deliver innovative yet intuitive solutions that meet customers’ needs and drive business impact. Define and drive how AI is integrated into core workflows (triage, response, automation, decision-making). Make high-judgment decisions on priorities, tradeoffs, and sequencing to maximize impact Partner deeply with engineering and design to build performant, scalable, and high-quality user experiences
