Our billing spans software, parcel, and fulfilment - each with distinct rate cards, data sources, and operational dependencies. Charge accuracy requires clean data flowing from multiple systems across Stord’s vertically integrated commerce stack, tight coordination with operations and finance, and a platform smart enough to catch issues before customers do. As Senior PM for Billing, you'll own this domain end-to-end with a dedicated engineering team and an engineering manager behind you. You'll set the roadmap, lead discovery, and ship - but you'll also think bigger than the ticket queue. We want you to bring an AI-forward mindset: building intelligent audit pipelines, anomaly detection, agent-driven rate card setup from contracts, and customer-facing billing intelligence that gives brands real visibility into what they're being charged and why. This role has extreme visibility. You'll present to and work with our senior leadership team, your work will be felt directly by hundreds of leading brands, and you'll be a key voice in how Stord earns and keeps trust at scale.
