About The Position

RingCentral is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead product enablement and training initiatives. This role serves as a crucial link between product teams, Product Marketing Enablement, and other cross-functional departments to ensure customers can maximize product value. The position involves blending product strategy with education and user experience, driving the development and delivery of training content, product documentation, and enablement programs for users, partners, and internal teams globally.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in CCaaS product management.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools and technologies for content creation, documentation automation, or designing AI-driven learning experiences.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate complex product features into clear, actionable, and engaging training content.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and simplifying technical concepts.
  • Ability to quickly grasp, master, and explain new software products, architectures, and features.
  • Strong passion for understanding and improving user experience through education and self-service resources.
  • Proven track record of working effectively and building alignment across multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product enablement and training strategy aligned with product launches, business goals, and customer needs.
  • Lead the creation of engaging and scalable training materials, including video tutorials, e-learning modules, webinars, and certification programs.
  • Partner with product teams to ensure help center, knowledge base, and self-service documentation are accurate, user-friendly, and up-to-date.
  • Utilize data and user feedback to measure training and documentation effectiveness, and continuously iterate to improve the learning experience.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for customer-facing teams (sales, support, customer success) by developing internal enablement assets and delivering training.
  • Collaborate with product managers to understand new features and roadmap plans, and partner with marketing and sales to support go-to-market strategies.
