About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the execution and scale of a defined set of AI Agent workflows within Adonis’s automation engine. Agents execute revenue cycle workflows across payer and provider systems using RPA, Voice, and API integrations. This role will translate complex revenue cycle processes into reliable, repeatable automation, and lead those workflows from discovery through launch, validation, and iteration. You will work at the center of our platform, translating complex RCM processes into standardized, reusable automation that drives measurable value for customers. The ideal candidate brings deep deep, hands on RCM expertise, demonstrated product ownership, strong technical fluency, and a data-driven approach to product development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a track record of owning products or complex workflows from discovery through launch and iteration.
  • Deep, hands-on understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management, including claims, denials, accounts receivable, payer follow-up, eligibility, prior authorization, and payment workflows.
  • Experience working directly with RCM operators, billing teams, or healthcare customers to understand processes and translate them into product requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational requirements into scalable workflow automation.
  • Strong technical fluency and comfort working with API documentation, data requirements, system integrations, and trade offs across RPA, Voice, and API modalities.
  • A data driven mindset with experience defining KPIs, analyzing performance, and making evidence based product decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non technical audiences including engineers, executives, and customers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience scaling automation coverage across multiple payer portals and modalities.
  • Background in RCM operations, workflow design, or healthcare integrations.
  • Familiarity with SQL, analytics tools, and API documentation platforms such as Postman or Swagger.
  • Experience with EDI transactions including 277, 835, 271, 275/PWK

Responsibilities

  • Define end to end workflows that Agents perform by partnering with RCM experts, customers, and engineers to capture requirements and map business logic.
  • Translate customer SOPs and payer processes into reusable and configurable workflow templates that flex across EHRs and payer systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering to design orchestration patterns, data flows, and integration layers that enable Agents to operate reliably and efficiently.
  • Establish frameworks for workflow standardization across customers to ensure repeatability, flexibility, and alignment with payer processes.
  • Own workflow requirements, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and quality gates for assigned workflows.
  • Own the roadmap and execution for assigned Agent workflows and related product surfaces.
  • Partner with the Agents product lead and Engineering to define the APIs, configuration models, and platform capabilities needed to deploy, monitor, and manage workflows at scale.
  • Prioritize workflow improvements based on customer needs, operational impact, quality, and technical feasibility.
  • Drive payer coverage expansion across RPA, Voice, and API modalities while ensuring the right payer mix and redundancy.
  • Partner with RCM experts to deeply understand revenue cycle processes and convert them into automation logic.
  • Work closely with Forward Deployment Engineers to streamline workflow configuration and integration across customer systems.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales to understand customer needs, prioritize workflow coverage, and align capabilities with business outcomes.
  • Serve as a connector between customers, payers, and internal teams to ensure Agents solve high impact and scalable problems.
  • Partner with Engineering and Client Experience to drive launch readiness, customer validation, onboarding, and rollout.
  • Turn customer and operational feedback into clear product decisions, prioritized requirements, and follow-through.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for workflow quality, readiness, reliability, adoption, coverage, and customer value.
  • Partner with Analytics to evaluate workflow performance, identify coverage gaps, and prioritize roadmap investments using data.
  • Apply quantitative insights to improve workflow reliability, efficiency, and automation rates.
  • Use workflow results, failure modes, and customer feedback to identify where the product needs better targeting, outputs, or next step support.
