Senior Product Engineer

Humana•Work at Home - Kentucky, KY
•$106,900 - $147,000•Remote

About The Position

Humana’s Digital Health Platform (DHP) Product Engineering team builds shared foundations for Humana’s consumer digital experiences, including a micro-frontend catalog, accessibility tooling, and API foundations. The team uses AI coding agents as a central part of its workflow and is developing a skills-driven practice in which engineers create and improve reusable instructions for AI agents. The Senior Product Engineer owns features across the stack and determines the technical approach for their work. The role combines product discovery and technical delivery: understanding user and stakeholder needs, shaping roadmap work, exploring solutions before implementation, and delivering accessible interfaces and backend services. Success is measured by the outcomes of the work for Humana members and patients and for teams using the platform. The position is remote, with occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings potentially required.
